Jonathon Karelse

Jonathon Karelse is a recognized Demand Planning thought leader, and has implemented demand planning and S&OP strategies for some of the world's most successful companies.  He is a frequent speaker, moderator and panelist at APICS and IBF Conferences on Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning). Jonathon is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management's Executive Program in Value Chain and Operations Management. 



Seema Phull

Seema Phull is a visionary and results oriented industry practitioner with a track record of delivering solutions for complex issues facing most supply chains. Her career has been focused on designing, deploying, and managing Sales and Operations Planning processes for various verticals including high tech manufacturing, consumer goods, and Aerospace/Defense manufacturing.   Prior to co-founding NorthFind Partners, Seema Phull  held a key position at Honeywell Aerospace as Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy and Solutions, where she led an organization of change agents who enabled transformation and operational efficiencies across the company's entire value chain.



Greg Dureault, General Counsel

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia Mr. Dureault has practiced law since 1985.   He brings a wealth of knowledge,
with hands on experience in international business, and ability for achieving success in highly regulated environments.
Mr. Dureault holds combined Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Saskatchewan.


Dr. Ciarán Monahan, Director - Advanced Modeling, CPF, ACPF

Ciarán Monahan is responsible for NorthFind Partners statistical “heavy lifting”. With a Higher National Degree in Experimental Physics and a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from Ireland’s National University, he has developed large scale statistical models for European and North Atlantic climate models under several EU funded research projects.
With a number of publications in globally recognized leading scientific journals, he has extensive experience and special interest areas that include interactive statistical graphics, exploratory analysis, large data set analysis and development of exploratory statistical software. Dr. Monahan adds considerable weight to our team’s ability to develop proprietary analytical solutions for your company. Additionally, with a background in web design (SQL, Oracle, Java, Javascript, Ajax, PHP, HTML) he can interface with outside service providers or develop custom-made software ensuring a high quality solution for every requirement.
He believes that the highest quality data entry, data processing, and organizational services are vital in preparing strategies to maximize market impact and deliver efficiency. Production of statistics of the highest calibre with comprehensible reporting is delivered by using the most up to date statistical methodologies, which ensures that clients have real-time access to the analysis of their data.




Ed Lawton - Sr. Associate

Ed Lawton has over 27 years of industry and consulting experience using and implementing supply chain management applications from Adexa, JDA, Kinaxis, Oracle and SAP.  His background includes the areas of demand forecasting, sales & operations planning, production scheduling, inventory planning and optimization and supply chain network optimization.  Ed has a diverse industry background combined with strong leadership, project management, problem solving and communication skills that he uses to provide the bridge between business objectives and successful solution delivery.


Ed has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and is APICS certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM).




Robert Sanders - Sr. Associate

Bob Sanders has more than ten years of experience advising senior executives across a range of corporate functions, including: supply chain, operations, business development, and corporate finance; and has done so in North America, EMEA and APAC.

While at Carlisle FoodService, Mr. Sanders developed and led the company’s strategic plan and process to integrate the Sales, Inventory, and Operations functions. As manager of the forecasting team, he led the transformation to a statistically-focused demand planning process.  Mr. Sanders also developed the firm’s operational reporting process, which includes weekly and daily scorecards focused on sales, shipments, fill rates, and available to promise accuracy.
While at The Corporate Executive Board (NYSE: CEB), he worked directly with Fortune 500 executives, to identify and implement best demonstrated practices.  In addition, Mr. Sanders managed an international team of research associates and helped to create the Finance Quantitative Analysis team.  He has experience creating and administrating surveys and synthesizing results for use in best practices publications and implementation.
Mr. Sanders has an MBA from Penn State University and a BA from Union College, where he majored in Managerial Economics.




Joshua G. McDonough - Sr. Associate

Joshua G. McDonough has over 18 years of industry experience leading domestic and international supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams to successful business results. His background includes demand planning and forecasting, end-to-end supply management, new product introduction, inventory optimization, and supply chain process and organization design.


Joshua’s focus has been on effectively leveraging sales and operations planning processes to balance sales and delivery goals with cost investments across the value chain. Joshua has extensive management experience leading winning organizations in the aerospace (mechanical & avionics), medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. He brings a combination of strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and data-focused problem solving skills to solution delivery.


Joshua has a BS in Operations Management from Castleton University and a Master of Manufacturing Management from The Pennsylvania State University. 




Robin Roeder - Sr. Associate

Robin Roeder has over 25 years of corporate experience leading organizations through change and achieving excellence by making business operations more efficient and effective. As a former senior executive within the fast moving consumer goods industry, Robin has broad experience in process transformation, program management, strategic planning, and end-to-end supply chain management.


Adept at diagnosing complex organizational needs, Robin designs and delivers practical solutions that incorporate best practices and cover a wide range of business operational and functional areas. She has extensive leadership experience implementing transformative business processes including Sales and Operations Planning, Stage Gate Innovation Process, Strategic Planning, Acquisition Integration, and Program and Project Management. She is recognized for her ability to cut through complexity and provide clarity and focus to senior leaders and teams, driving change and improved business performance while accelerating cultural change, execution excellence, and building internal capabilities and skills.


Robin has a BS in Finance from the University at Buffalo and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.





Hank Lin – Greater China Market

Hank Lin is NorthFind’s advisor on Strategic Alliances in Asia Pacific for NorthFind Partners and in particular advises on business development partnerships in China and Taiwan.
Hank holds a concurrent role as the channel business development manager responsible for the development of key accounts and alliance partnerships in China for eBizprise, a leading demand-driven supply chain solution provider in Asia Pacific.  He has rich China experience and over the years he has worked closely with global partners to localize their services and best practices that bridge the domestic practices of China’s businesses.  Hank previously held a product management role for a consumer electronics company that supplied computer peripheral products to a billion dollar global IT firm. He was part of the three person core team that worked closely with Asia’s top contract manufacturers and successfully launched from over 100 SKUs globally and grew the business tenfold over 3 years.   
Hank holds an M.B.A. from USC Marshall School of Business and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from USC Viterbi School of Engineering.
